Boabs near Ningbing - An Ink Drawing TNA

Website Resources

TNA (The North Australian :-)

(Introduction :-)

An image of an ink drawing "Ningbing Boabs" - by the author of this page

The North of Australia is the front door to the world geographically and "The North Australian" WebSite Design Service, is located at the eastern gateway to Western Australia's far north Kimberley region 40km from the WA/NT border in the town of Kununurra.

The Boab tree (Adansonia gregorii), which grows throughout "the Kimberley" was chosen as a theme to represent "The North Australian" for the analogy of the tree like growth involved with the creation of a web site.

"Lightning Fast" "The North Australian" image that changes with mouse over is an image of the trunks of a boab tree representing the power of lightning, ever present, during the Kimberley Region's wet season.

This is analogous to the "lightning speed" that Valid HTML 4.0x pages load with, (No errors to confuse!:) as well as the "lightning speed" of intra-document Hyper Links! (Like This :-)

About HTML(4.x)

HTML - Hyper Text MarkUp Language. Which is an SGML (Standard Generalised MarkUp Language :) and the language this document and the world wide web is formed by.
eg. This document is being presented to you via your user agent (browser) and is written using HTML4.01 loose dtd

HTML 4.01 is W3C 's recommendation for the latest version of HTML (This is an Updated HTML4.0 Version) HTML4.0 included support for style sheets, internationalization, accessibility to Web pages for people with disabilities, frames, richer tables and forms."

About the WAI

"It's not just that HTML 4.0x works across browsers,"

says Berners-Lee.

"It'll work across future tools and Web products. Any serious Web application should be HTML 4.0x compliant from now on."

"The North Australian" strives for HTML 4.01 compliance and encourages others to do the same by learning about the latest specifications.

Best Viewed With Best Viewed With Any Browser Any Browser ?

Nobody should put a "Best viewed on (IExploiter or NetScrape :-)" button on their sites as this simply is not the case! HTML was designed to be platform and OS (Amiga, BeOS, Linux, Mac, Unix etc.) independent. Don't allow the "proprietisation" of the internet by supporting monopolistic powers like Micro$loth (M$ :-) Support instead sites like...
the "Best Viewed on Any Browser" WebSite.

NB. Footnote about M$ who have attempted to destroy the Open Standards of not just the Web!
They are doing it again with WindozeXP etc. which makes it almost impossible to use external software for browser applications and/or instaling other Operating Systems. (Surprise Surprise - Not! ;^)

The DOJ - USA Department of Justice released its findings against Microsoft.
Privacy & Justice Issues - You should know about! :-(exposed! :-)

On April 3rd 2000 the judge in this case found Microsoft GUILTY!, costing Bill Gates US$18 billion as M$ Shares tumbled and a possible break-up of the Micro$oft monopoly (More soon?).

There are some links provided with HTML Resources.

If you know the hyper text markup language as well as I do and realised how much BAD html there is out here on the web then you too would encourage anybody who codes html to validate their pages. (See if your pages are compliant by using the "W3C validator" :-)

Many businesses and individuals may not have the time or resources to create and maintain a web site, yet want that web presence.

"The North Australian" CAN provide this service, with internet experience since 1994, all aspects of site design, maintenance and management can be undertaken.

You can sit back and watch your site grow (and prosper! :-)
